In soccer (worldwide known as football) we all know what an instant free kick is. you put the ball in the position and play it right away. So heres my story:
If the goalie touches the ball with his hands outside of his crease, is it a free kick or a penalty??

Hi, I got a few questions. When you answer, answer with the number.
1. What are the rules for tackling, I thought it was nowhere above the shoulders.
2. How come when they tackle some one well it changes possession to the other team.
When a goalie has caught a ball off of a shot from the other team is there a rule that the goalie cannot drop it in the box before throwing it or kicking it back into play. My daughter’s team was called on this resulting in free kicks for the other team when our goalie accidentally dropped the ball while walking out to the larger box line(she is only 7). The ref called a penalty and awarded the other team a free kick from the middle of the larger box. I have never heard of this rule. I have watched many pro games where the goalie drops the ball in the box and passes it to his or her teamates. My questions in whole is can you drop a ball in the box and pick it up without penalty?

a few rules i would like to see in football/soccer
1)yellow cards-10 mins, stops stupid tackles,and players taking the piss of yellow cards-like taking their shirt off when they score.
2)any arguing with the ref- the free kick moves closer to goal
3)have 2 assistant refs on the side lines to help with decisions like penalties and red cards

If you want to know the rules of the game, or maybe require them as a referee, you need the official versions.
