I’m 13 years old, but i look nothing like it- 1.82 60kg(130lbs) and im joining the Toronto FC under 15 team…I really wanna be in great shape( be able to run with comfort and sprint fast, I also want to have great strength in my foot enough to kick a soccer ball about 60-80m and have power in my free kicks! If anyone has ANY (BUT ANY!! Even the SMALLEST tip) i would appreciate it! THANKS
