what are some ways to improve my touch. my touch always seems to be heavy or to let me down. i have only been able to practice shooting and free kicks and 1 v 1 situations during the offseason. now that i have club i have found my touch has dropped quite dramatically. how can i build it up quickly. i dont have a wall to kick the ball against. also once i have a bad touch i let it get to me, how can i stop this from happening?

juggling it helps dramatically and it gives u confidence after a while another thing is just go for a jog with the ball just the ball at your feet will help, ya it is frustrating at times i know how it is u just got to get pissed of and tell ur self ur not gonna mess up
Attend practice!!!
Practice with cleats!
1v1 situations are dribbling! PRACTICE!!!
The touch is usually the first touch of the ball which is passed to you.

Helps you a lot.
I am an experienced footballer and I know how to help you:
1) You can go juggling around which will help you control your ball if it is coming at a really high height. Many professional footballers have a great touch and it simply came from juggling the ball like Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Fabregas. Use your laces to juggle.
2) Now try to juggle with the side of your foot. This will help you control the ball when the ball is being crossed to you and when you have to control it. This will also help you control it when someone has passed you the ball.
3) Throw the ball as high as you can and try to control the ball.
4) It is extremely vital that you remain CALM because if you are not calm eg pressured then it is most likely that you will accidently knock the ball to hard and give it to the defender. You should also remain calm when someone passes you the ball.
I hope I helped a lot.
